Before you take the path
Which languages are supported?
English and Turkish. The language setting updates the interface immediately.
Does the game battle automatically?
Yes. Normal battles continue automatically. You choose the team, skills and upgrades. If a guardian stops you, keep gathering resources and try again when ready.
Do I have to watch ads?
No. Rewarded ads are optional offers for extra gold or a temporary speed boost, unlocked after you have made progress. These offers do not appear during your first adventure.
Where is my progress saved?
On your device. There is no account or cloud sync. Clearing app data or removing the game may erase progress; transferring or restoring saves is not guaranteed.
Do I need an internet connection?
The core game runs locally. Rewarded ads and external links require internet. Offline camp gold accumulates for up to eight hours and does not clear guardians automatically.

Email [email protected] with “KORU Support” in the subject. Include a description of the issue, your device model, OS version and game version. Do not send passwords or payment card details.
If a rewarded ad is unavailable
Check your internet connection. An offer may be unavailable if an ad is not ready, a daily limit is reached, or a guardian or expedition battle is in progress. Closing an ad early does not grant a reward.
Saves and device changes
Progress is stored on the device. KustaSoft has no server save backup or account recovery system. Keep this in mind before clearing app data or uninstalling.
Language, sound and motion
Open settings to choose English or Türkçe, adjust sound and enable reduced motion. Scrollable menus support touch gestures.
Privacy requests
Send privacy or deletion requests to the same address with “KORU Privacy” in the subject. There is no game account, so no username or password is needed.

The game experience
KORU is a game for personal entertainment. Virtual gold, moonstones, ore, essence and items are for in-game use. They cannot be redeemed for cash and do not represent transferable property or an investment.
Progress and updates
Your save is stored on your device. Clearing app data or changing devices may cause save loss. Cloud backups or save recovery are not guaranteed. Balance, content and features may change through updates.
Rewarded ads
Ad offers are optional and depend on availability, eligibility and daily limits. Rewards are granted upon the ad provider’s completion callback. Network or provider failures may prevent an ad or reward from being available; contact support if you need help.
Fair use and content rights
Do not abuse the game, distribute malicious software or disrupt services. The game name, design, code and original content belong to KustaSoft or the relevant rights holders. Third-party components have their own licenses.
Support and legal rights
Report issues or request support at [email protected]. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. If terms change, this page’s date will be updated.
Manage your data
KORU has no user accounts. Local game progress and support correspondence sent to KustaSoft are held in different places.
Delete local game progress
On Android, use the KORU storage or clear-data option in your device’s app settings. On iOS, “Delete App” removes local app data; “Offload App” is different. Manage OS backups separately in your backup settings. Deleting local data causes loss of progress.
Delete support correspondence
Email [email protected] with “KORU Data Deletion” in the subject. Identify the email address associated with the correspondence you want removed; do not include passwords or card details. If verification is needed, only necessary information will be requested. Requests are assessed subject to legally required retention and the outcome is communicated to you.
Google advertising data
Clearing app data does not automatically delete advertising data held by Google. Where required, use ad privacy options in the game’s settings. Manage device advertising-ID preferences in OS settings and Google data choices through Google’s privacy tools.
